Converting a User to Admin User

Navigate to: Accounts & Users > Admin Users 

Administrators can convert any Customer account to an Admin account from the Add New Admin User page. To convert a customer account into respective admin account following steps can be performed:

  1. Go to Admin >> Admin User

  2. Click on Add new

  3. Add customer's user name in the Username/Email Address field, add the other required details, and click on Save

  4. A confirmation pop-up is displayed.

  5. Click on OK and the customer account is converted to the respective admin account.

Note: Once a customer account has been converted to an admin account, it cannot be converted back to the customer account again.
